And still, nothing changes. You’re trying so hard, but your body doesn’t feel like home anymore.

My Story

I understand, because I’ve been there too.
My journey into holistic wellness started when my children were born with serious health issues. I quickly learned that conventional medicine didn’t always have the whole answer — and that I had to become their advocate.
Then, in my late 30s and early 40s, everything collided. I was entering perimenopause at the same time my thyroid crashed, inflammation spread through my body, and my digestion stopped working. I was exhausted, gaining weight, and checking every box for hypothyroidism — yet my doctor told me my labs were “fine” and even suggested an antipsychotic.

That was my breaking point. I refused to accept “you’re fine” when I knew I wasn’t. I dug into research, found a treatment my doctor had never heard of, and slowly brought myself back into balance. Another doctor finally told me what I had felt all along: you are more than a lab value.
That validation changed everything. From there, I leaned fully into what I’d always been drawn to: the human body, movement, and healing. With a background in kinesiology, I became trained in Pilates and Yoga, later studied Reiki and functional nutrition, and became a Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach.


This is a pain-to-purpose story. I know what it feels like to be dismissed, gaslit, overwhelmed, and stuck — and I know the relief of finding a path forward that actually works.

Beyond the certifications and the story, here’s the truth: I’m a whole person, just like you.

• A little rebellious — I think outside the box and don’t always follow the rules
• Deep believer in the wisdom of nature, the healing power of our own bodies, ancient practices that stand the test of time, and the clarity of cutting-edge science


I share this because I want you to know I’m not just a coach or a practitioner — I’m a real woman who’s walked through hard seasons too. I get it. And I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you move through yours.
